Abstract
Objective:To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from peanut hull and its antioxidizable activity. Methods:Concentration of extracting solution,solid-liquid ratio, temperature and time of extraction were investigated through orthogonal tests of L9(34).In addition,D101 macroporous resin was used to enrich flavonoids and its scavenging of hydroxyl radicals by Fenton was also studied in the paper. Results:The optimum conditions of extracting flavonoids from peanut hull were:ethanol concentration 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1:2(0m:V),extraction duration 2 h and refluxing temperature 80 ℃,respectively;D-101 macroporous adsorption resins can separate and purify flavonoids from peanut hull and flavanones from peanut hull had effects on scavenging of hydroxyl radicals. Conclusion:The study provides an experimental basis for the comprehensive utilization of active ingredient in peanut hull.
