Study on the impact of hierarchical management on quality of care in emergency department

Objective: To explore the influence of hierarchical management of nursing quality of the nursing staff in emergency department. Methods: 22 nurses from June 2013- June 2014 as the research object,then the implementation of hierarchical management in the implementation of routine management.The implementation of the hierarchical management of patients before and after the awareness rate of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction and quality of care nurses about comparative analysis. Results: The implementation of hierarchical management,nursing measures of nursing staff,professional and technical standards,the implementation of ward management standards and disinfection and isolation ratio standards were significantly higher than the before management( P 0. 05). Implementation of the hierarchical management,patient related knowledge,skills and attitudes to master the proportion of behavior change ratio and nursing satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those of management. The difference were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion:The hierarchical management of nursing staff in emergency department,can effectively improve the quality of nursing,and improve nursing satisfaction rate and health knowledge,beneficial to the prognosis of patients,has great popularization and application value.
