Abstract
Response surface methodology was used to optimize polysaccharide ultrasonic-assisted extraction process from cultured C.militaris based on a central composite design(CCD),the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of material to liquid on the yield of polysaccharide were studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows: ultrasonic-assisted extraction time 65 min, extraction temperature 80℃,ratio of material to liquid 32 mL/g and extraction times two, then the yield of polysaccharide was 3.889%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
