Abstract

Objective: for the psychological needs of college students with internet addition and the intervention effect by cognitive behavior therapy.Methods: cognitive behavior therapy intervention was performed in the experimental group and the control group with general interviews intervention.Results:The scores of the experimental group before and after the intervention were 7.42±1.11,4.56 ±1.68;and the scores of the control group before and after intervention were respectively 7.44±0.77,6.47±1.46;the scores in the two groups after the intervention was significantly different(P 0.01).Conclusion:After intervention of cognitive behavior therapy,students' internet addition were obviously relieved and it achieved good effects.
