The Clinical Observation of the Periapical Periodontitis with the Vitapex Paste to Fill Root Canal for Once

Objective To observe the curative effect for the periapical periodontitis with the Vitapex paste to fill root canal for once. Methods The patients were from 4 to 9 years old.336 teeth in 287 cases which belong to periodical periodontitis were divided into two groups at random.The observing group which include 190 teeth was treated with Vitapex and control 146 teeth with butter of zinc and oil of clove paste. Results After one year's observation,both groups were obtained satisfactory effect but the observing group showed better. Conclusion The treatment on periapical periodontitis with Vitapex paste to fill root canal for once is effective and reduces treatment times,shorts the course and improves work efficiency.
