Abstract
The teaching team construction in university is a system project.Its realization depends on massive basic work.Much on the connotation,character and problems of teaching team in university is discussed.There are six strategies which can effectively promote the construction and operation of teaching team in university.They include goal establishment,team consciousness cultivation,outspread of team activities,election of the person in charge,establishment of evaluation system,and construction of good outer environment.
