Theory and Practice of Teaching Team Construction in University

Abstract

The building of teaching team is one content of teaching reform and a significant act of implementation of education quality project and deepening teaching reformation.According to construction practice of Liaoning Province Electrotechnical Teaching Team,this paper explores the basic theories and generalized concrete contents and methods of construction of teaching team,which proposed standardized operating procedures for building of teaching team.It is shown by practice that,teaching teams are able to train a team with high quality teachers,and lay a solid foundation for harmonious and sustainable development of the university.
