On Citizen' s Right of Being Educated

Abstract
This article states that academic circles have given different definitions on citizen s right of being educated and put forward their own opinions about it. Meanwhile, some preliminary discussions have been held on the nature of citizen s right of education. They sum up the insurance of the right of citizen s education, make it perfect and give some advice on legislation and administration of justice.
