Abstract

During the period from the third to sixth century,numerous Buddhist monks from Western area,Central Asia and India entered into China by the Road.They translated Buddhist scriptures and spread Buddhism culture along the way.Silk Road is a road of seeking for scriptures,which came by the Silk Road;it is also a way of spreading scriptures,which were preached into China via the Road and was spread by the monks who traveled to Asian countries along the way of interpretation and dissemination,it has contributed to the development of Chinese Buddhism and traditional cultures.Based on their positive efforts,Buddhism as a cultural force stabilized its firm root in China and strongly influenced Chinese traditional culture.It penetrated into the thoughts of kings,ministers and the civilians and became an inseparably integral part of Chinese traditional culture.
