Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of fixed- point injection and joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods: 60 patients met the criteria for shoulder periarthritis cases were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group, the treatment group was used by fixed- point injection and joint mobilization, and the control group was used with the simple fixed- point injection therapy. The curative effect was evaluated according to the clinical curative effect of shoulder pain and shoulder function activity quantification score between pre and post treatment. Results: The shoulder pain and shoulder function activity quantification score of the two groups after the treatment were significantly reduced. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion:Fixed- point injection with joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis can effectively relieve pain and improve the range of shoulder activity. Fixed- point injection with joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis is superior to the simple fixed- point injection therapy.
