With the incessant deepening of economic system reformation, private property occupies an increasing percentage in the total social fortunes. To protect private property from the height of the constitution will surely help fulfill citizens' personality, liberty and constitutional construction as to propel the healthy development of market economy as well as guide the expansion of non-public ownership and guarantee a steady and united social order.
