On the Protection of Private Property according to Law

The invalid protection of private property discouraged the enthusiasm and creativity of civilian industries. The drain of capital has greatly bound up the development of our country's socialist market economy. Based on analyzing the current situation and factors of the protection of private property, the article discusses the significance of protecting legal private property, which was presented at the 16th CPC National Congress and the Second Session of the 10th National People's Congress, and the problems to be solved in current work of protecting private property.
