Investigation of the pharmacokinetics of complex chlorzoxazone capsules in healthy volunteers

Abstract
Aim To investigate the pharmacokinetics of complex chlorzoxazone capsules in healthy volunteers.Method 20 male healthy subjects received a single dose of two pieces of complex chlorzoxazone capsules.The concentration of complex chlorzoxazone was determined by HPLC.Results and Conclusion The main pharmacokinetic parameters of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen of complex chlorzoxazone capsules were as follows: t_(1/2) 1.629±2.218 h and 3.82±1.222 h;T_(max)1.333±0.636 h and 0.958±0.724 h;C_(max)4.995±2.11 mg·L~-~1 and 1.85±0.409 mg·L~-~1;AUC_(0~15 h)12.16±4.192 mg·h~-~1·L~-~1 and 8.661±2.844 mg·h~-~1·L~-~1;AUC_(0~∞)12.34±4.328 and 9.927±3.644 mg·h~-~1·L~-~1.
