Abstract

It is of vital importance to apply to property management such ideas in the scientific concept of development as people-oriented,comprehensive,sustainable,overall and harmonious development.Such systemic development ideas will enhance the long term,comprehensive,sustainable and harmonious development of property management.This paper offers a brief analysis of the guiding function of scientific concept of development and ways of its application in property management.
