STUDY OF EXPRESSION OF CD40 IN HUMAN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

Abstract

Objective To study the CD40 molecular expression in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissue.Methods Tissues from 60 cases with of HCC were studied by immunohistochemcial technique.25 cases nontumor liver tissues were used as controls.Result The positive rate of CD40 in 60 samples of human HCC tissues was 51.4%,which was significantly higher than that in nontumor liver tissues.Conclusion The expression of CD40 in human HCC tissues make it possible to further study on its tumor biology and gene therapy of HCC.
