College Students' Job-hunting Psychological Disorder and the Countermeasures

The main manifestations of college students' psychological disorders that occur in their job selection are analysed,such as nervousness,self-conceitedness,inferiority,comparison,following-the-mass,envy,and dependence as well.The point of view is expounded that the social reasons for these psychological disorders lie in severe employment situaltion,imperfect employment system,imperfect job market,insufficient social practice,defective job-choice guedance,and shortage of psychological education as well.The reasons due to school education and college students themselves,such as striking psychological contradictions and defective psychological preparationts,are emphatically analysed.The coountermeasures against these psychological disorders are put forward,such as completely putting into practice the plan of college students' development in order to overcome all these disorders,making every effort to improve college students' comprehensive quality,all-sidedly practicing the navigation of college students' career planning in order to strengthen the all-round employmant guidance,and positively developing college students' optimistic life attitude in order to learn to make psychological self-accomodations as well.
