Abstract
Currently,the employment situation of college graduates in our country is very severe.A great part of the college students expose a variety of psychological problems in the course of job-hunting.They are as follows:the psychological problems of self-conceitedness,stability,comparison and following-the-mass existing in the earlier stage of job-hunting;the psychological problems of nervousness,inferiority,dependence,hesitance and frustration existing in the middle stage of job-hunting;the psychological problems of slacking,depression,envy and dissatisfaction existing in the later stage of job-hunting.It is the basic way of solving the job-hunting psychological problems to adopt a correct attitude towards the psychological pressure in job-hunting and improve the ability of psychological self-adjustment.
