Abstract
The paper reviews public traffic pricing theory, analyzes practices of the first policy, investigates the problems of bus pricing in Chinese cities, and, at last, puts forward the corresponding reformation advice in order to effectively take advantage of the existing road resource, in order to improve the traffic capacity of the road network and supply good service of public traffic.
