Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of damadge on HaCaT cells irradiated by Ultraviolet-B Radiation(UVB)(0、30、60、90mJ/cm2).Methods The dose-and time-dependent photodamage was observed by light microscopy.MTT assay was used to record cellular activity. Results The irradiation damage of HaCaT cells was dependent on the irradiated dosages(0、 30、60、90mJ/cm2).Conclusion UVB can induce damadge of HaCaT cells.
