Abstract
Sabsu,the first General of Heilongjiang in Qing Dynasty,had made great contribution to the resisting the aggression of Tsarist Russia and developing the Heilongjiang area in early Qing Dynasty.During his duty days of eighteen years,there formed lots of archives and files concerning with resisting the aggression of Tsarist Russia and developing the Heilongjiang area,especially the reports to the Emperor Kangxi,which have significant value in historical materials and research related.
