Abstract
XI Qing, who was known for his work on Heilongjiang,provided much information for us to research Heilongjiang in the middle of Qing Dynasty. This article analyses the book' s main idea and introduces many things at that time,and it will be of benefit to understanding thoroughly XI Qing and his living era of Qing Dynasty.
