Solutions to the Factors that Limits the Mass Management of Rural Land

The mass management of land is the only way to developing agriculture in China.But there are some factors that limits the mass management of rural land,which includes the farmers’ knot of loving land,the quality of the rural labour power,the rural system of socialized service,the circulation of land,the social assurance and household registration in rural areas.Therefore we should establish some policies to perfect the circulation of land,to promote the shift of rural labour power,to speed up the construction of the rural system of socialized service,to strengthen the quality of the rural labour power,to improve the mass management.
