Problems in the Rural Economic System in Xinjiang

For a long time,problems exist in the rural economic system in Xinjiang,such as land requisition mechanism lagging behind,farmers’ interest losing,land circulation mechanism being imperfect,agricultural developmend mode being immature,and the rural fiunancial system being fragile.The solutions are to implement strictly the present rural land rerquisition regulations,quicken the circulation of rural land right of use,develop scaled operating modes,perfect rural industrialized operating mechinisms,improve rural social service systems,and broaden rural financing channels.
