Abstract
OBJECTIVE To learn the clinical distribution and the drug resistance developing tendency of the nosocomial Pseudomonad aeruginosa infection,to provide the basis for clinics to select antibiotics reasonably. METHODS PAE was cultured and identified according to the National Clinical Laboratory Operation Rules. The drug sensitivity was performed by K-B methods. RESULTS Totally 62 strains of P.aeruginosa mainly in the respiratory(37.10%),neurosurgery(16.13%),hematology(16.13%);the susceptibility test showed that resistance rates to ceftriaxone,cefotaxime,ciprofloxacin,sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim were above 50.00%;cefoperazone/sulbactam was with the highest sensitivity rate(96.77%);the sensitivity rates to imipenem,amikacin,piperacillin/tazobactam,cefoperazone,and ceftazidime were above 80.00%;the sensitivity rates to piperacillin, ceftazidime, levofloxacin, and aztreonam were above 70.00%. CONCLUSION P.aeruginosa has had an significant resistance trend, the monitoring and control of which should be strengthened.
