Abstract

This paper discussed the basic principle of food safety risk management,which includes the concept,principles and implement framework.Risk management is one of the important components of risk analysis.Risk management is defined as the process of weighing policy alternatives in the light of the results of risk assessment and selecting and implementing appropriate control options,including regulatory measures.The framework includes 4 elements: risk evaluation,risk management option assessment,implementation of management decision,and monitoring and review.
