Abstract
Objective To assess the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Forty-two patients with allergic rhinitis were included in this study, who were randomly selected to be treated with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray for one month.Investigators made a global evaluation with symptom scores before treatment and one week, one month, six months after treatment. Results An improvement was shown each observation target record points obviously reduce after treatment with statistical significance(P0.05)in two weeks,in one month,in six months. And the effectiveness has the remarkable difference(P0.05).Conclusion The use of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray treatment for allergic rhinitis is effective and security.
