Discussion on Influencing Factors of Denitrifying Phosphorus Removal

Abstract

In the denitrifying phosphorus removal process,simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus can be achieved by using the same substrate. It has become a hot issue in study of biological wastewater treatment. Influencing factors of denitrifying phosphorus removal were discussed such as MLSS,carbon source,C/N and C/P,sludge age,dissolved oxygen,oxidation-reduction potential and pH in order to provide reference and basis for the simulation of denitrifying phosphorus removal process,experimental research and practical application.
