Abstract
Objective To investigate the drug-resistant genes associated β-lactams in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from RICU.Method 37 strains of P.aeruginosa were detected by PCR.Results The posistive rates of genes of CARB were 40.5%,33 strains oprD2-gene was lack,Genes of TEM,SHV,OXA-lgroup,OXA-10 group,PER,VEB,GES,IMP,VIM and DHA were not found in all 37 isolatse tested.Conclusion There are very high percentages of CARB genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from RICU.
