Abstract

Objective To know situations of Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to β-lactams and related coded genes in our hospital. Methods Drug-resistant genes of 119 Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates were detected by PCR and DNA sequence, including TEM,SHV,CTX-M,DHA-1,OXA,CARB,VEB-1,PER-1,GES-2,AmpC,VIM-1,VIM-2,IMP-1,SPM,OprD and IntI.Results In 119 Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates, positive PCR products are TEM,AmpC,integron I,VIM-2,CARB,SHV,OXA and DHA-1,respectively 103 strains(86.6%),77 strains(64.7%),54 strains(45.4%),19 strains(16.0%),14 strains(11.8%),2 strains(1.7%),2 strains(1.7%),1strain(0.8%) and 54 strains are lack of genes coded OprD,the rate is 45.4%.The other genes are negative. Conclusion Detection rates of gene coded TEM,AmpC,IntI and VIM-2 are high. The situations of multi-drug resistance and the lacking of OprD are serious.
