Application of Humanistic Care Nursing in Patients with Hip Replacement

Abstract
Objective To discuss the application of humanistic care nursing in patients with hip replacement. Methods 60 cases of patients with hip replacement treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each, the control group were given the conventional nursing and the observation group were given the humanistic care nursing, anxiety score, depression score, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results On admission, the differences in anxiety score and depression score were not statistically significant,(P0.05); 7d after the operation, anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were respectively(34.10 ±3.23) and(33.11 ±3.12), which were successively lower than(48.77 ±4.21) and(49.32 ±5.24) of the control group; 12 d after the operation, the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care nursing for patients with hip replacement can improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree and improve the anxiety and depression of patients.
