Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods and indications of radiofrequency thermocoagulation surgery treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods:Radiofrequency thermocoagulation, matched with electrode and guided by CT,was used to impair the sensory branch of trigeminal nerve at 70℃-75℃,through puncturing percutaneously the trigeminal nerve root in the oral hole Results:The total efficiency was 98.04%,the inefficiency was 1.96%,and the recurrence rate was 1.96%.Conclusion:CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia was security, and it can be used widely.the effect is significan,The method is safe especially for the patients with cardiovascular diseases.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
