Abstract

Our country's principle of compensation for civil damage in road traffic accident has changed from liability of fault to the link of liability without fault and liability of fault.By analyzing the compensation of liability without fault,social surroundings of producing liability without fault,and legal basis for application of liability without fault,the article has demonstrated the justifiability,scientificalness and justifiability.
