On the Principle of Product Liability without Fault in Tort Law——A Perspective from the effect of fault

With regard to principle of products liability,people have different opinions.The Tort Liability Law of the People's Republic of China adopts the principle of liability without fault.It should not be ignored that the factors of fault exist in products liability,including the faults of the manufacturers,the sellers,the victims or the third parties.Although the factors of fault can affect the constitution and sharing of liability,it is necessary to stick to the principle of liability without fault in the field of products liability.
