Abstract
This article firstly aralyzes the characteristies of how Shenzhen government develops city High-Tech industry and on the other hand the great effect that the High-Tech industry promotes to the development of Shenzhen. Then the article gives a brief introduction of the encouraging prospect and distribution of Shenzhen High-Tech Industry.
