The Communist International,Qu Qiubai and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the CPC

According to the disclosed files in Russia,when the standing committee of the Communist International decided to promote the young Communist International group which includes Wang Ming and others who are loyal to Moscow,the executive of the Far East Branch,Mif went out of the way to implement the instructions of Moscow,and ordered the opening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central of the CPC although the third plenary session was only closed not long before.Qu Qiu-bai and Zhou En-lai,who presided over the third session and took charge of the party's central affairs after the session,became the target of criticism in the fourth session.The members of the CPC's central committee were reelected and Wang Ming came to take over the leadership.Thereafter,the CPC and the Chinese Revolution has paid great price for this change in the leadership.
