Abstract

Objective To analyze tile clinical relative factors of on urinary tract infection to diabetes. Methods Retrospective studies were conducted in 83 diabetes cases who suffered urinary tract infection. Results (1) The incidence of urinary tract infection to diabetes was 14.48 %; (2) The older was the diabetes patients, the higher was the incidence of urinary tract infection (P0.01); (3) The incidence of urinary tract infection was correlated with gender of diabetes patient (P0.01),the higher was the incidence of female patients; (4) urinary tract infection was significantly correlated with the course of diabetes. (P0.01); (5) urinary tract infection was significantly correlated with fasting blood glucose of diabetes. (P0.01); (6) the higher was the incidence of other complications of urinary tract infection to diabetes (P0.01). Conclusions Patients with diabetes are susceptible to urinary tract infection, urinary tract infection is significantly correlated with age gender, fasting blood glucose and course of diabetes. The higher was the incidence of other complications of urinary tract infection to diabetes.
