My Humble Opinion on Several Fulcrums of School Physical Educational Reform in the Process of Quality Education

School physical education has put more and more attention to quality. So school physical educational reform work should not only use new plan (such as education on health). new measure、new theoretical thought as instruction, but also need more break through on fulcrum problem. This paper makes further research on the following aspects: school physical educational reform, the present situation of school physical educational courses' arrangement, the outside surroundings' effect on physical teachers' work. It aims to point out the inner connection between the factors of the success of school physical educational reform in the process of quality education.
