The baton handover is one of key technologies in TD-SCDMA.3G system firstly introduced in the paper,then analyzed and researched some factors that affected on the performance of the baton handover from different angles.It is of great value for the research on the baton handover and the TD-SCDMAradio network planning and optimizing.
