Abstract
Decided by human position as the subject in the social history and by the characteristic of value tend,human value trend has its constructive function.It is human self-construction and social construction as well,a unity of human self-construction and social construction.Rationalization of human value trend is not only the responsibility to his nation and his society,but also the care about himself.
