Abstract

The collaboration between industries and colleges is a necessary choice for vocational technical colleges to adapt to the development of society and economy.This paper discusses the talents training mode of vocational technical colleges by analyzing the construction of major set-up and the courses,the construction of teaching materials and teachers with dual-ability,as well as the construction of practice base.
