Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of curosurf combined CPAP for treating neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 80 patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were equally divided into two groups,on the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group were treated with curosurf combined CPAP.Results The blood PaO2 after 48 h treatment of the treatment group were significantly increased, the blood PaCO2 were significantly decreased, the oxygen Composite Index(PaO2/FiO2)also were increased significantly compared with the control group(P0.01).the mortality in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Curosurf combined CPAP for treating eonatal respiratory distress syndrome has better effects and is worth clinical application.
