Abstract
Phycocyanin,as one of the main components in spirulina platensis,had been identified from aspects of physiological activities.In this review,the structure of phycocyanin,the physiological activity such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory,the extract and purify technique of phycocyanin were systematically illustrated,in order to provide more detailed materials for further investigation and exploitation.
