Analysis of Factors Influencing the Development of Sports Culture in Universities

At present, Chinese colleges pay wildspread attention to cultural courses and ignore the role of sports culture construction in higher education, neglect of campus sport culture on cultivating college students ' mental willpower. Therefore this analysis is necessary which focuses to the factors influencing the development of sports culture in universities of Heilongjiang province.
