On building the legal system of publicity rights

Abstract
The right of publicity is such a right that the main civil can make benefit by controlling the business use of its own identified characteristics such as name,portrait and voice,which exclude others from interfering in.The legal system of publicity right has not been built yet in China.The research of the theory is just beginning.Therefore,it is necessary to build the legal system of publicity rights in China.
