Abstract
To solve the existing problems of SD Surveillance system,this article develops a DM365 based system for video compression.The video compression algorithm adopt the ITU-T H.264(embed hdvicp).The video source is decoded to digital video data in the video decoder chip TVP7002,Then the digital video data are processed with HDVICP in DM365.The composed data are transmitted to the internet by the ethernert interface of the ARM,the stream is decoded by the software for displaying in the PC.The test results show that:the aviable and applicable scheme of H.264 video encoding implements the video compression and network transmission,attain the design demands.
