Theoretical Reflections on Informal Finance

In China's theoretical field today,the research on informal finance s till has much room for deepening,whereas,in practical departments,deviations both in understanding and in measures taken still exist,which to a certain exte nt restricts the development of the informal finance and its finance efficiency. Based on the definition of informal finance,the essay expounds the cause of th e existence of informal finance and its relation to formal finance,proposing so me measures to promote the healthy development of informal finance.
