Abstract
The effects of compatibilizer through transesterification on the mechanical properties of the blends of PC/PBT were studied. The effects of different content of compatibilizer, PBT, and PE-MAH on the mechanical properties of PC/PBT blending alloy were discussed. Results showed the addition of compatibilizer in PC/PBT blends enhanced the compatibility between two phases, so the mechanical properties of material were greatly improved. And the impact strength of material was greatly improved with increase of PE-MAH.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
