Abstract

Starting from transnational corporation's technical monopoly superiority,the paper studies research and development strategy behavior of transnational corporation's participating in the host country market competition.By establishing research and development innovation game model of transnational corporations and the host country's enterprises,we have also discovered transnational corporations are more willing to carry on more technical innovation than the host country's enterprise.But transnational corporation's technical innovation strategy chooses project investment with small risk,lower cost and obvious scale benefit while host country's enterprise prefers the risk to technical innovation enthusiasm.
