Study on Current Situation and Countermeasure of College Information Quality Education

The enhancement of university students' information literacy education and the improvement of their information literacy will be help to improve the independent learning ability and problem-solving ability of the students.It has important significance in cultivating creative talents who adapting to knowledge economy society.Current college students have many problems to be resolved,such as a flagging information consciousness,a low information moral level,and a poor information capability.By means of establishing information education's new concept,reforming and innovating Document Retrieval and Utilization,improving librarians and college staff's information quality,this paper aims at promoting the information quality education of college.
