Abstract
we reported the karyotypes of two Mytios species(M.myotis luctuosuss G.Allen and M.daubenttoni Kuli)from different physiognomy in Guizhou province. Their chromosome number are all 2n=44, NF=50. The autsomes consist of 4 pairs of metacentric choromosomes and 17 telocentric chorosomes. The sexual choromosome consist of XY.X is metacentric choromosome and Y is telocentric chorosome. We have proved again that the Mytios, s bats have extremely conservative karyotype in this genus.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
